Crazy Sock Day
The results of our wonderful CrAzY SoCk Day fundraising initiative are:
The class that raised the most money was 6R with a whopping $67.15 and the class which made the longest line with their coins was 6B with a distance of 3 m 16.5 cm.
Overall as a school community we raised $443.90 for Catholic Mission.
An outstanding achievement for a good cause.

CHRISTMAS CARDS
Over recent years St Pius X students have engaged in a social outreach initiative that saw the students writing christmas cards to individuals who have little to no family support. This year we have decided to share the Christmas spirit with the residents of our local Villa Maria Nursing Home. If students could please start to bring in a Christmas card with an envelope that would be appreciated. NO STAMPS are required this year.
Sacrament of Confirmation
Reminder that parents and carers of students in Year 6 who are intending to make their Sacrament of Confirmation this term were required to complete the TryBooking links for both the retreat session and Confirmation liturgy session.

Hot Dog Day
Each student of St Pius X was given a purple note last week outlining an upcoming opportunity to order a yummy hot dog lunch on Friday 26th November.
All proceeds raised will go directly to supporting the St Vincent de Paul - Unanderra Chapter Christmas Appeal.
Orders must be in by no later than Tuesday 23rd November.
