YEAR FIVE
To a beautiful Year 5 cohort,
We want to take this opportunity to congratulate you on successfully completing Year 5 with flying colours. You have embraced the challenges of Remote Learning, successfully transitioned back to school with a growth mindset, showed great resilience when learning new concepts, made significant impacts on teachers and friends through your actions and took on new opportunities that came your way. We are very proud of you and grateful for the work and effort you have put in this year.
Your actions will not go unnoticed. You have helped support one another and us teachers to get through all the craziness 2021 brought with it!
You have been a fantastic grade to teach, and we are certainly proud of your achievements. Thank you for your efforts in your own growth and learning this year. As the story of Jesus teaches us, Christmas can be the start of great things. I hope there are many great things in store for you in the coming year. 2022 will be an exciting new year for you all, bringing with it the opportunity to shine as school leaders.
Wishing you a Christmas that's merry and bright! We hope you have a safe and relaxing holiday and all the best for the new year!
Mrs Walker and Mr Whittle

May God bless you always.
Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
We will miss you.

SPORT

Whilst it hasn’t been the year we had hoped for, I would like to take this opportunity to

thank all the parent helpers who have assisted this year in sport. Especially to our leaving families and parents of Year 6 students who have volunteered every year while their children have been at SPX. Your time and help is very appreciated.

I wish you all a safe and happy Christmas.

Mrs Olima

Aspect Demountable
Last week we welcomed fourteen students from ASPECT as part of their transition to St Pius X Unanderra. The students expressed their excitement about being part of the St Pius X community and we expressed to the students that the St Pius X community was very proud that our school was chosen for their education setting. We had the opportunity to explain to the students from ASPECT that the St Pius X community is a community of welcome and that our staff, students parents and carers value inclusivity and belonging.
