Uniform
A friendly reminder that we will transition from Summer to Winter uniform in Term Two. There will be a two-week transition period. We kindly ask that all students are in Full Winter Uniform by Monday 9th May 2022. Second Hand uniform items are available from the Uniform shop for $5 or alternatively from Lowes Figtree.
The BIG Vegie Crunch
In Week 10, we celebrated Vegetable Week and The Big Vegie Crunch. On Tuesday 29th March, Year 6 organised a great event to promote munch and crunch and to get students excited about vegetables! We would like to thank Unanderra Woolworths and Country Grocer for their donations to support this event. Our raffle raised $213.00 which we will be donating to Project Compassion. Additionally, students were invited to enter their best vegetable/fruit joke into the Veg-citing Joke Competition. Check these ones out!

Sporting News
Congratulations to Georgia C from 5R and Rocco S from 5B who have been selected to represent the Diocese of Wollongong at the NSW Mackillop trials. The Mackillop trials will be held on Friday 27th May in Goulburn.
It is an amazing achievement and honour to represent your Diocese, and school, at any event. All SPX staff and students wish Georgia and Rocco all the best at the upcoming Mackillop trials in May'.
Library News
A very busy time in the library this term. Lots of students have enjoyed borrowing and starting the Premiers Reading Challenge. Can all books please be returned during week 10, there will be no borrowing as the end of term stocktake takes place.
