FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Dear Parents and Carers,
As educators our staff value the important role of parents as integral members of the school community and partners in your child’s education.
This partnership was evident at our community welcome BBQ last Friday afternoon. Thank you to the two hundred plus parents that joined the staff and myself for an afternoon of fun and games. A special thank you to the Parents and Friends Executive who so capably led the BBQ and catering. Also, to Mrs Samantha Walker and her husband Alex, games extraordinares!
I look forward to welcoming our mothers, grandmothers and specal female role models to our breakfast this Friday morning. We have over one hundred and eighty RSVP’s and are looking forward to a morning of fun and laughter. The breakfast will commence at 8am in the School Hall, with an alfresco dining option too! Don’t forget to bring your gold coins for our raffle.

With the above in mind, I will leave you with the words of Pope Francis
“We must renew the commitment to constructive collaboration for the benefits of children and young people”
It certainly takes a village to raise a child, and the children at St Pius X certainly benefit from adults working together in respectful partnerships.
Yours Sincerely,
Pauline Chrostowski - Principal
