Late Arrivals 

Students must arrive at school and be on their class line by 8:50am.

In the case of late arrivals, parents are required to accompany their child to the school office where the arrival time will be noted in Compass and on the class roll.

The student is then issued with a ‘late arrival’ slip.

The student proceeds to class and hands the slip to the class teacher.

A staff member will accompany the child to their classroom if required. 

Early Departures 

If parents need to collect children before 3.10pm they are required to come to the school office where the departure time will be noted in Compass and on the class roll.

Parents are issued with an "early departure" slip as evidence that the student has permission to be out of school during normal school hours. 

Alternatively, parents may enter their child's ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE DETAILS using the Compass App.

Reminder - Supervision commences at 8:20am. 

Token Rewards

St Pius X we have a House Token Reward System for positive playground behaviour. When a teacher on duty catches students showing positive behaviours on the playground they are rewarded with a token.  Tokens are to be put into your house colour cylinders. In Weeks 5 and 10 of each Term, we count up the tokens. The winning House for those 5 weeks will get a special reward decided on by members of that winning house. 

Week 5 Term 1 winners were GREEN/FRANCIS house. Congratulations Francis House. They had much fun at Todd park playing running games and on the equipment.
