Dear Parents and Carers,
Welcome back to Term Four and thank you for presenting the children so well in their uniforms. As communicated, the following two weeks are a transition time between summer and winter uniform and we kindly ask that all children are in their summer uniform by Monday 24th October.
It was wonderful to walk around the classrooms this week and engage with the children about their holiday adventures and learning goals for the term. I was pleased to note the classes were settled with strong routines in place. Routines certainly build consistency for children and allow for rigorous learning with limited disruption.
Term Four is always an exciting time for the children, culminating with Advent and Christmas.
Please see below detailed dates for your diary and I look forward to seeing you throughout the term.
Yours Sincerely
Pauline Chrostowski - Principal

2023 SCHOOL FEE ACCOUNTS – PAYMENT BY INSTALMENT
School Fees are invoiced as an annual account, due for payment in full 30 days after
invoicing. However, many families elect to pay their school fees by regular instalments. This option is available for new and existing families for the 2023 school year.
If you wish to take up this option, please complete a Request to Pay by Instalment Form which is available on the school’s website or from the school’s administration office.
On completion of the request, either email it to instalments@dow.catholic.edu.au or submit at the school office. Following receipt of the request, instalments will be generated on your school fee account during the process of invoicing 2023 school fees. Your school fee statements are emailed to you, and you will be provided with a list of scheduled payments with the due dates and amounts.
If you are an EXISTING FAMILY IN OUR SCHOOL CURRENTLY PAYING VIA INSTALMENTS there is no need to complete another Request to Pay by Instalment as your request carries over from year to year unless you wish to amend the frequency of your payments eg Weekly to Fortnightly.
IMPORTANT: Please note that if you currently have a child or children at another school in the Diocese and you are paying by instalments at this location, you will not need to complete another Request to Pay by Instalment. The instalment request carries over from school to school with the same frequency of payment eg Weekly, fortnightly, etc.
FAMILIES LEAVING ST PIUS X IN 2022
All families are requested to have your school fee account up to date by 9th December 2022. If you have any questions, please contact the school as soon as possible.
Please do not hesitate to contact Mrs Lauren McDonald (Senior School Support Officer), in the School Office if you have any questions in relation to your school fee accounts.
